Dani this is amazing! You are putting so much effort into this animation and it's really paying off. Everything looks great! I like how you are focusing on the technical aspect of animation. You are already an amazing artist, so it's cool that you want to expand your artistic abilities. I enjoyed watching your vlog because I never knew animation involved so many layers. I always thought the animators had to draw every frame, but I guess it makes sense to keep some things constant, like the bench. I was wondering - how many hours do you think you've put into this animation? It's crazy that a whole hour of work is only 2 seconds. Maybe soon you'll be able to log 10,000 hours!

Since you aren't letting us really see what you're doing, I want there to be a huge twist. I can tell you are really working hard and putting a ton of time into the project. It is so different than anything I'm used to seeing/doing, and not something I'm so interested in. However, that said I think that your excitement will increase my interest, and I wish you the best of luck!!
Wow, it's interesting because we all know that animation is difficult, but it sort of doesn't become a reality until we really see the process of it being done. I had no idea about the different layers, and I can only imagine the frustration when you spend hours on a few short seconds of footage only to have your progress be erased! Nonetheless, you remain enthusiastic and excited. Knowing your drawing skills, I can't wait to see the final product, with the animation and the story coming together!

Oops I'm kinda late and have already seen your TED talk, but oh well. Anyways, great job! I know you talked about how long your short film took while answering questions after your presentation, but I didn't really get how time consuming it was until I watched you do a section of it on your vlog. It's so cool! It's so amazing how meticulous and detailed you have to be. This makes your final product even more impressive!
